Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

I got this recipe from in a newsletter a few months ago. We finally got around to making it last night. I really really loved it. We went with the milk rather than the orange juice.


  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice or skim milk
  • 1 banana, sliced

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Fat: 0.6 g
Carbohydrates: 34 g
Protein: 2 g
