I got this recipe from sparkpeople.com in a newsletter a few months ago. We finally got around to making it last night. I really really loved it. We went with the milk rather than the orange juice.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice or skim milk
- 1 banana, sliced
