I’ve never been a person to take naps. I just could never fall asleep during the day. Sometimes when I was sick I’d be able to, but that was rare.
The past month or so, I’ve been taking a lot of unplanned, too long naps. I just get so tired and dizzy and feel like I’m going to pass out. So I go lay down and spend the next few hours in a half-awake state, too exhausted to get out of bed. And of course when I “wake up” I’m all groggy and miserable.
I can’t remember what it’s like to have energy or to not be exhausted.
